Just wondered what everyone does for dinner on Christmas Eve. I always struggle with this. We have Roast Turkey and all the trimming, Roast Beef on Boxing Day. We also have a gammon joint which is mostly used as cold cuts. I always feel like I should do something Christmas Eve too. Ideas anyone?
