I ordered around 9am this morning,got a confirmation Email at 09.49,,stating they are hoping to deliver tomorrow...No further Email since...,Anyone any idea how many Thorntons warehouses there are...could some areas have more stock than others therefore this may determine who gets what and when.?
PS/is there anyway to view your Thorntons account online?

You can log in with email and password and look at your order history. It shows completed orders and current orders. Today's order for me just shows as placed and says 'there is no despatch information for this order', even though it is meant to be delivered tomorrow.

thanks buyitall...i think i was so keen to order that i did it the quick way without registering(Duh!)..ive had an order confirmation Email tho,so il just keep checking my Emails.

Another been waiting for weeks, premium delivery, by the time it's been frozen and defrosted on route I don't think I will want it! They said they would send another as that one has been 'out for delivery' since the 11th of December but that hasn't arrived yet either......so good luck!

Mine finally arrived today - ordered on the 12th - it was packed pretty well but still had a smashed Santa and several squashed boxes. I'm glad it's finally here but certainly will never buy from Thorntons again.

i just rang to see if mine had been dispatched and was told it would be sent today,she had to check the hampers were in stock first,im getting the 2 substitute hampers,but she said they would be here for christmas

:rotfl: I was told mine would arrive by Christmas on the 13th of December :rotfl: saves them getting too much grief before Christmas I suppose

I've also had a standard email on Monday stating any orders placed after then couldn't be guaranteed before Christmas ....

Very very disappointed in Thorntons! Honesty IMO is the best policy especially when it comes to promising things will arrive when they won't
