Thanks loumac! Off on a little honeymoon tommorow so will be all quiet again for a week but then I will be back!! I have some unfinished buisness to attend to with a certain credit card lol Im still sticking with the thrifty thread and love it! It was my nieces bday yesterday and it was so nice to have the present and card all ready and organised in my new "gift cupboard" and not having to rush around in a last minute panic - esp as I am skinto :rotfl:

Next for me is Valentines day - me and the husband are going to go for a meal using a tesco clubcard vouchers! and then I will just get him a card :D

As you can see from my signature im still doing the sealed tin challenge and I am also putting £10 a week into savings as I have said before hubby doesnt know about this money! as he will "need" to spend it before December if he does!

Now the wedding has come and gone I really feel we can hit the debts head on as we no longer and this and that to pay for! Is it sad that im getting excited about paying off debts??

Anyway if i dont post again today then I will def post next week when were back from our jollies xxx

    Hi All,

Got back from honeymoon today and was lovely! Paid £203 off our halifax loan so need to update my signature, also made my sealed tin upto date! so should have £35 in their now (I say should as some days im sure I put the money in twice lol)

So the plan for this weekend is to list on ebay! and also work through the shredding and have a general de clutter of the house!

Decided what to buy my niece for her bday which is in March today after doing some colouring with her earlier and all her felt tips being dry and running out so im gonna have a look for a bargain arty / colour / crayons type thing. Any suggestions please let me know!

    Hope your all well :)

    Hello everyone!

Well been out car shopping today and still no luck (I wrote my car off last month!) I have also listed a couple more things on ebay so now have 9 things on there, hope to get more up in the next few days / weeks!

I have just signed up to dooyoo as part of the challenge on the thrifty thread, im still finding my way around it though at the mo it seems abit mind boggling lol

Also continuing with the sealed pot and the secret xmas savings fund (sssshhh dont tell hubby)

Hubster is going to phone santander tommorow to find out how much is left on his loan as I have a feeling it ends in June, I did ask him to do this sometime ago however he is yet to do it - grrrrr!!

Also just discovered that my phone is due an upgrade at the end of the month so have been looking at how much I can get for my current one on mazuma and envirphone etc and they are currently giving out £200 - whoop whoop!!

Think thats everything MSE at the moment! will update again soon xxxx
