You know sometimes thinks get a little tooo serious on here, I still think Gene is a joke, no, sorry, my mistake, was the subject of a joke. Styder can't explain as others would deem it racist,,

Substitute any town in essex, liverpool(lancs) or etc etc to gain a sence of humour:wall::wall::wall:

So why pick a town with a high asian population?

    Can Strider explain that one?

We all knew what he mean't by his little racist joke.

You had a pop at Rossy this morning. If I were you I'd take your own advice.

  • Ah, there must be lots of Sun readers on here. They are the ones with permanently deformed shoulders and an indent in their foreheads.
When they are told a joke they shrug their shoulders in I don't understand puzzlement. Then when it's explained to them they slap their foreheads with a dawning light bulb moment.:p

The fact is that there is no defence to driving without insurance (it's an "absolute offence")

There is one statutory defence within section 143 of the Road Traffic Act. Edit - Gene Hunt has already picked up on this.

Ok, but a racist joke is an awfull lot different to something let slip or said seriously, look how we view the French, the Germans view us etc etc. Or maybe it's just me, I try to see humour in all situations, lifes too short to frown continuously :D

From the wikipedia, the UN definition of racial discrimination.

the term "racial discrimination" shall mean any distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference based on race, colour, decent, or national or ethnic origin which has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal footing, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural or any other field of public life

Note it does not state any particular race.
“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
