Madison cushions at Littlewoods

Got these delivered yesterday, but not to me.
An obviously dyslexic driver delivered them to the opposite of my house number on the same road.
Only found out when as they brought it round (six packets also).
Had no telephone call from anyone and charged me £3 for each cushion.
You couldn't get any more disgraceful behavior from a online retailer. :mad:0 -
Ive just come home to 8 cushions in my garden!
no phone call, no confirmation emails, nothing and i've been charged £12 per cushion!!!
Im not happy
i dont know how i can return these because the only days off i have until the 8th of January are bank holidays!! :mad:0 -
You can take them to the Post Office no charge just hassle

6 cushions arrived, 3 at 3 pounds each, 3 at 12 pounds - guess which ones are going back!
courier that delivered them is coming to pick them up tomorrow as he couldn't wait today - he's quite happy as he gets paid per parcel and each cushion came separately so 3 lots of cash for him
i bought them for our caravan and they're actually quite nice'We're not here for a long time, we're here for a good time0 -
did those who had the cushions delivered get them from littlewoods as i know some people got them from other stores. im a bit puzzled as i missed a phonecall but nothing has come and i have nothing in my account eitherWho would say I couldn't make you mine? You were mine since th' beginning of time. Who would say we were far apart? You ever reside in the core of my heart?

I received an email this morning to say out of stock and the total showing was 0.00p . BUT when i checked online under pending items it then said awaiting stock and the price had been added to my account
I almost had a panick attack when i saw i owed them nearly £100
so go check your accounts even if it says out of stock and nothing owing because it may be there under your account. I had to cancel myself.0 -
I had email on Wednesday saying red ones were dispatched (£3 each) but the natural ones I ordered were out of stock.
Received the 3 red ones yesterday, cost £3 each but I think that is still a very good price. I had a call this morning to say the natural cushions I ordered were out of stock and that as a gesture of goodwill they will credit my account with £5! So my 3 cushions cost £4 total.
(This was order from Littlewoods)Trying to regain my comping mojo0 -
Just had Littlewoods ring to let me know the cushions were out of stock, poor chappy was so apologetic, felt sorry for him.
He did say as way of an apology they have credited my account with £5 so I may not have got my cushions but I did make a fiver LOL0
