Oh god, I got a phonecall yesterday when I was at work plus an answerphone message but have no credit so can't retrieve it.
Haven't been home since however have visions of an empty bank balance and hundreds of cushions waiting for me.
WHAT HAVE I DONE?????My daughters are my world0 -
Just got mine too. I un-vaccumed one of them, and it hasn't fluffed up much, I even pulled the inner about a bit to try to fluff it, bit it's still not that clever.
Also the 'silk' fabric catches on any rough skin on my hands (and i don't have much) which I don't like.
I think I'll be sending them back for £3 each.. although I would have kept them at £1 each.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
I had a delivery of 6 this morning. I wasn't going to accept the 3 brown ones but couldn't tell which were which! Having unpacked a few I really like them, but don't want to pay £24 for cushions so I'm trying to decide how many to keep.0

Just had the phonecall too and was told out of stock, but could have an alternative at £14 each which i refused, then was offered £5 credit as an apology!0

I've just had a phone call too. They apologised for the cushions being out of stock, but I could have the red ones as an alternative!! I said no thanks and she said they would put £5 credit on my account for the inconvenience!0

The delivery man has just been back with my last cushion - he looked even less happy than he did this morning :rotfl::rotfl:! Still got to decide if I want to keep them or notThank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0

Just got the call too although what he said confused me slightly, he apologised for the cushions being out of stock then said they'd credit my account with £5 so instead of getting £3 i'd get £8 - does he mean each cushion - surely not?
Just checked - just £5 discretionary credit. Better than nothing and not cost me anything so.A home is not a home ..... without a dog

I got a phone call, missed the call but she left a message to say that there had been a system error and the cushions were £3.00 each. if i wanted them I would need to call back and rearrange delivery as they wouldn't be honouring my original order. What can we do?0
