  • I had an e-mail saying 4 were on the way and awaiting stock on the other 2. All priced at £3.00 each. I phoned to cancel order but chap could only cancel 4 as 2 were already despatched. He said to either refuse delivery or return them.

  • I ordered 6 from Littlewoods on Monday afternoon. £3 has been pending from my debit card since then, and still is. They phoned my home number this afternoon and my OH just happened to be there, they told him there was a problem with the order and that I should contact them. This evening I phoned them, guy I spoke to knew nothing about the order, said it wasn't showing and no payments had been taken. I said that someone had phoned earlier, he checked my account notes and it said "Tried to contact customer, no answer"! I told him that wasn't right, he went off to speak to supervisor but came back saying sorry we have no idea, give it a few days to see if payment is refunded or transaction confirmed. So i'll just have to wait and see...
  • Anyone else have 'credit rejected' from empire even though the amount was paid with debit card??

As a slight side note, does this have any impact on my credit score??

OP is not wrong.. at checkout it takes 5.00 Off..

Yes, they did go through at £4.00 when i placed the orders, (no comformation email was received until yesterday) but when i checked my account last night 1 order for 3x chocolate cushions has been charged at full price £12.00 each, the other for the 3x natural cushions has been charged at £3.00 each, total £9.00 not the £4.00 glitch!
£3.00 is still a good price but i was hoping to get 3x choc and 3x natural, the natural by themselves i'm not too sure on.

I just received the same opened one but didn't remove it from the plastic. Looks more like a cushion cover than a cushion.

*okay they are vacuum packed, and do get bigger when released I will keep them assuming I have been charged £3.00

I received 5 out of 6 today too. All are vacuum packed so haven't removed them as yet. They look quite nice though so just have to decide whether to keep them or not. Why they delivered them in separate parcels I really don't know. The delivery guy didn't look happy at all :rotfl:
