Madison cushions at Littlewoods

How odd. I just had a phonecall from customer services NOT an email... this is how it went..
Littlewoods Lady: "so you placed an order with us on Monday but due to a system fault the order didn't actually get logged so we are calling customers to manually input the orders and take payment again as we need authorisation over the phone for the payment, so that would be 6 cushions at £3 each so £18. Can I have you card number please??"
Me: No thankyou, Thats not the price on the internet when I placed the order so I'll just cancel thankyou
Hope those of you with email confirmations also get phonecalls, if not, maybe call them to cancel?? Not sure how they can take more money from your avccount if you kept a screen shot of the order confirmation (importantly the total £££)
ive had no e mail and no call and i ordered quite early.. i did take a screenshot but didnt this happen before with littlewoods where they took more money out of accounts with a glitch? thought i read it on a forum somehwereWho would say I couldn't make you mine? You were mine since th' beginning of time. Who would say we were far apart? You ever reside in the core of my heart?

i have not had phone call or email yet. I have emailed them telling them i consider the transaction void as it does not show on my account and i didnt receive a confirmation email. Dont know if that will help at all but thought it was worth a try.?
its annoying when a glitch turns round and bites you on the bum!!!0 -
I've now had 3 emails for the 3 orders I made on different accounts.
2 going through @ £3 each, and one saying "Sorry - no longer available".
I'll see if I like them when they arrive, and then make my decision.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
Just got the email, charging £3.00 each with two out of stock, if I think what arrives is worth £3.00 each I will keep them otherwise straight back!
They are £12.00 each on the site now.
I love the way they expect you to call premium rate number to cancel : To cancel this order call 0844 811 1800 (and no 0844 does not cost the same as local rate)~*~ If you don't need it, it isn't a bargain ~*~0 -
Iv had no contact yet, I have only authorised payment of £3 through verified by visa, so can they take more without contacting me, i thought they couldn't?0
