Madison cushions at Littlewoods

Kays called me this morning and asked if I wanted to re-order the 6 cushions at £12 each as it didn't go through properly the first time. I said no, and the same man called me back 5 minutes later and offered to let me have them at the £3 price, so I changed the order to 3. I need new cushions so I'm happy with that:) (It was card payment)

I've just had em email and been charged £6 for 2 cushions from Empire (already had account). I'll just return them.

omg littlewoods are sneeky , they just sent my confirmation aswell at £18 , so i looked into it on account and i opted and payed it full with my card and it seems they taken the £18 out of my account with them???? , now what?

i know it was a glitch but we all pretty much knew we wouldnt receive them when the orders were not showing up on our accounts. now they are charging full price.:mad:

just noticed that lol as i was reading it , its just a pain , nevermind , needed some more cusions to!! but i got some similar before and they wernt that gd but cheap at £3 for 6!!!

Well checked phone and email and no message here, I will be really annoyed if they just send them without even telling me they have changed the price. Can they do that?

I have had THE phonecall from Littlewoods saying that it was an error on the system and would I like to re-order now. I wasn't told the price so when I asked was told it would be £18.

I explained that I had ordered them for £3 and was basically told tough they couldn't honour the £3. I have declined so hope I don't get charged anything now.

Funny how some people seem to have been offered them at £3 over the phone - wish I had been a bit more pushy now....
