Go to their website and find their names out, they should be listed there, and then try emailing [EMAIL="firstname.lastname@trgplc.com"]firstname.lastname@trgplc.com[/EMAIL] or [EMAIL="initiallastname@trgplc.com"]initiallastname@trgplc.com[/EMAIL], or [EMAIL="firstnamelastname@trgplc.com"]firstnamelastname@trgplc.com[/EMAIL] - most companies tend to have the same format of emails for all employees, so a bit of guesswork later, and you could very well hit gold.

On the subject of F&B, it's alright but don't expect Michelin starred cuisine, and one of the worst experiences I had was when I ate in the Portsmouth one, food was lukewarm, and the pasta sauce mine came in could very well have just been water, so bad was its consistency and taste, and service was hardly quick. Can't say I've ever been wanting to rush back again.

maybe because you asked for no seasoning, ie salt and pepper. you should have asked for no coriander
