4 years ago. I went out on a works do....they served me "extra" protein in my broccoli. :eek:

They did sort it out straight away and the whole party were offered free puddings.:rotfl:

it's staffed by students, the manager is 12.
I tried a couple times, if it was cheap, well fair enough, but I find it pricey for grilled/micro food

As the restaurants are all very different I would say it's unfair to tar all with the same brush. My local one is lovely, never had a problem.

Frankie & Bennies - the only restaurant where I have ever sent a meal back.

It was a soggy lukewarm salad swimming in some vile sauce.

I swapped it for a caesar salad which wasn't much better and was garnished with a whole anchovy.

Putrid muck - I'll never eat there again :-(

I have been a few times
First time i went it was very nice . My husband took me there a few weeks ago and i would never go back!

We didnt wait long for a table but took them ages to come and take our order. they brought my dinner before my husbands so i sat and waited for him before i had mine ..waited and waited in the end had to ask waiter to be told oh im so sorry it must be still be in kitchen!

got his food and was covered in coriander .he had asked them when he ordered not to put any seasoning on it as he does not like it. told the waiter and all he said was sorry .

Asked to see manager to be told he has nipped out we have ran out of cream .
didnt bother waiting we had a show to get to . will never go back there again!

Been once, service was fine, food was basic but tasty. My only criticism was the portion sizes were very stingy for the prices you pay. (It was A la carte by the way not a specials menu)
