Dined at one of these for the first time last week.
Processed food heated in a microwave - truly awful. Never again.

There's a large thread about Frankie and Bennys on the forums.

Last meal I had was a bit hit and miss.

Long wait for a table, 45 mins, poor starter which was warm at best, by the end was cold. Coke was flat as well.

On the other hand, service was good from a friendly waitress and the main meal was brilliant, hot, fresh and really tasty.

That pretty much sums up my 6 or 7 visits, sometimes lovely, sometimes very average.

The one in Kingston is served by a male and female surly team. Never again.

We have eaten and F and B in Wigan Robin Park many times and have never had cause to complain!

Food has always been very good as has been the service.

F&B's make Pizza Hut & McDonalds look like Michelin Star Resturants in my one experience of going there.
