    Hi, PAP,

I've been having a de-clutter & have found two embroidery hoops (1x15cm, 1x30cm) plus a few odds & ends of embroidery cottons. My eyesight isn't up to embroidery now, so are they any use to you?

Hey GF, hope you are ok :D I would say I would love them but I have something in the region of 8 hoops already. I seem to always get another at xmas from someone. Prehaps you can donate them to the charity shop? Many thanks for thinking of me though :)
  • I know I haven't been keepig you all updated money wise but I will tell people why if they wish to PM me :D

But to try and get more advice I would like to point out this thread. My dream could be over before it has properly began *sigh* and I can't sleep through worry :o

I have read your other thread and do not have any answers. However I do know sprained ankles and if dealt with properly a week is a long time. Have you got it raised, iced compressed? if not do it NOW.

If you don't go to job A because you can't walk/drive will you be paid sick leave? If so rest is key so don't go to work. I realise this may be pie in the sky but you are injured and unfit for work whether or not it is your last week of employment.

All the advice about reporting it and filling in an accident form etc is necessary so you do need to phone job B ASAP to be ready for your new job next week.

I won't say "don't worry" as of course you are concerned the best thing is to do the right thing for your ankle so that you have the swiftest recovery.

Hi toot, thanks for replying. I iced it and had it raised from the time of the accident (once home) until I posted that post when I was in bed. Thakfully I seem to be abe to weight bear a bit better than I was last night. Employer A will not pay sick pay becayse I have had too much time off (was diagnosed with a food issue and it i still effecting attendance) but i think I can do my job albiet slower as long as I can get to work.

I think I am going to wait until Monday and go down and report it I don't see that thay can do anything today. Thankyou I am trying not too but its hard. I really want this job and have put a lot into the training if something like this means they terminate my contract I am in a very bad possition. Time will tell I suppose :o

Great improvement, I can weight bear with only a small limp but I guess driving and working tomorrow will be the test. I am positive that by this time next week I will be fine though. Just have to hope that my new job approve/will be ok with it when I report it.

    Thankyou for asking :)
