advantage_card wrote:Hmpf! Didn't realise the 10% off voucher was in a poly-bagged Health and Beauty issue! All the ones I could see @ the Eastgate Centre were just loose, I flicked through what I could to see if they had booklets but no joy.
i'm going into town today to see if there's aything worth spending my skincare voucher on - someone mentioned avene water stuff so i'll see if they stock it. while i'm there i'll hunt for shrinkwrapped mags and if i find one i'll post it to you if you pm me your address. will let you know if they have any mags left. i'm going to look for little me sets too. that's all i'm going out for - to look for the boots offers mentioned in this thread lol! it seemed quite normal when i was working in the same street as boots but now i'm on maternity leave and don't need to leave the house it's looking like an addiction!!52% tight0 -

i went in today needing 2 presents for new mums who've had babies and some water spray for putting in my labour bag. i got the water spray free with the £5 skincare voucher (thanks to the poster who mentioned that!!) and the little me gift sets with more back in points than i paid, so they were free and i'm in profit! i got quite a few, enough for the new mums, plenty for my baby and the whole family will use most of the products.
i did separate transactions so i could get 550 points on each. each transaction for 3 'little me' gift sets at £9.99 cost me £3.98 and got me 585 back in points so they paid me each time to take away £30 worth of gift sets, i love boots :T
550 points for spending £25 on baby stuff (based on the full price of £29.97 for each transaction before savings reduced it to £3.98), 50 points for spending over £7.50 (from the machine) and the 10% off voucher saved me £1 so instead of paying £4.98 i paid £3.98!
i was so chuffed i bought the big issue on my way out and gave 2 of the gift sets to the charity shop52% tight0 -

Wow that's fantastic I ordered some clarins yesterday but missed the extra 2000 offer! Never mind I've done so well out of boots thanks to you guys.
Been into boots this morning and they are now giving out £3 mens gift vouchers for the first time! Which is great as I've started buying the mens Botanics for Fathers Day :0) It's off quite a few things, FCUK and FCUK Sport and several others I can't remember right now.
Did try the voucher against the FCUK sale gift sets, but they didn't work but was worth a try!DS 17 yearsDD 16 years DS 5 years
