my local boots (peterborough Hampton) had loads of the mags in the poly bags with the 10% coupon in .. paid with one coupon and got another mag as well ..
Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
    Are thinking of you today.

OK guys, I've got 3 £3 men's skincare vouchers, and nothing special I need to spend them on - anyone got any ideas what I should buy to make the most of them? Anything that might get extra points, or is on 3-for-2, anything like that?
I'm desperate for ideas, too! The women's skincare voucher was so great, so I'm hoping there might be a sneaky way to use this one, too! icon10.gif

I did use one up today, though -- got a Botanics shaving foam, which was under £3 so free! Do I get any appreciation from hubby? He goes (after I said I got him free stuff from Boots and pull out the shaving stuff from one of my numerous Boots bagsicon11.gif), "I thought it was going to be whisky!" (yeah, like Boots would do vouchers for free whisky!) and then adds, "But I've got loads of shaving foam anyway" Duh, but you use it all the time! (Says woman who's still got Cucumber stuff from last year, enough Body Science to last a year and now shedloads of Little Me) icon11.gif

Boots is so a women's shop, he says. icon12.gif

I pleased my husband today...A bottle of Spitfire beer and a lovely glass tankard reduced to £1.50 so I finally used a tiny amount of the Boots points i have accumulated.

i couldn't see anything special to spend my £3 voucher on - got some botanics anti-perspirant free for hubby yesterday but none left today. my feet were hot so i bought FCUK foot spray, only a small bottle and £3.50 but i used the 10% voucher so i only had to pay 15p for it :D

i see ebay has loads of little me gift sets for sale!
    52% tight
  • May be we should all make the point that if machines aren't working there should be a compensatory discount/additional points as a matter of course?? If enough of us shout and vote with our feet/wallets, Boots will have to listen!

If anyone was thinking about buying a pushchair, when I posted the code in coupons earlier and tried it on a £300 pram, I got 1000points x 4, which I wasnt expecting, plus points for over £50 plus the triple points which meant I got 8100 points!! So a £300 pram for £220. Unfortunatly, I have my heart set on an inglesina pram but I am so sorely tempted.

The sale stuff in east kilbride center isnt too cheap i had picked up a colour me gift set with shampoo etc (3items) original price £9 reduced to £5.40 - got a refund on that one but picked up the 3 oral b toothbrushes £19.99 but half price and dental 3 for 2 so ended up paying £9.98 for the 3 of them so £3 for a rechargeable toothbrush aint bad and feeling generous topped up daughters phone so shes happy.
The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hi gk172 I know what you mean about EK although its better than the new one at the industrial estate. It's great in there after Xmas as most glasgow people forget about it (oops letting out a secret there!)

I'll try and get in at some point for the toothbrushes!

PS Glasgow Sauchiehall St had quite a few goodies yesterday ;)

The retail park one is good too, well it was at xmas, so far all the staff ive came across have been helpfull, one guy went looking in the back for the little me stuff and another lady at xmas came over and told us that the stuff had been further reduced but the shelf didt reflect that and any price we wanted checked to let her know which we did, came out store with 4 big bags of reduced stuff;) so dont rule it out. Dont really get the chance to pop into glasgow its a bit of a hassle with the parking and with the 2 east kilbride on my doorstep and the hamilton one just down the road i tend to bounce between the 3. I really need to stop as this is costing my a fortune with all the good bargains from boots and start spending my points.
The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
