But as pampers economy packs were either £8.96 or 2 for £13.50 and baby wipes were on BOGOF. I bought them thinking that I wouldn't get the extra points as I had then spent under £25.
However, I don't know if it was a mistake but they have given me the points as I had spent over £25 before savings were taken off.
I think someone else on this thread has said that you get the 500 points if you've spent £25 BEFORE all the BOGOFs.Haven't checked it myself, but certainly looks like it now that several people are saying this! :j
Only managed to get 3 Silkymitts yesterday (that was all they had on the shelf). Wonder how long this offer is on for...
And re: extra points from the machine... I've had 75 points for £10 spend recently, which is nice. Not on hubby's card, thoughGoodness knows what the logic is...

hi,theres an offer on at moment, spend 15 pounds of no.7 stuff and get the makeup bag with products worth 25 pounds. i also have a 5 pound off voucher against no.7 skincare and cosmetics. so if i bought 15 pounds worth of no.7 products, and used my voucher, therefore paying ten pounds, would i still get the free makeup bag.what do you think.0

Hi Goldilocks - shouldn't be a problem doing that, I've done it twice now. Just take your £15 worth of No7 stuff to the till with the free bag and, once they've scanned it all through, hand over the £5 voucher. Easy peasy!0 -
sorry this post isn't about boots, i just wanted to say to frogling that i really admire your frog avatar LOL!!52% tight0

Thanks - ive only ever seen ones for over £25 before, nowadays its usually over £30, which due to lack of food and drink items in our branch doesn't happen very often.
Ooh have to go up the RP tomorrow, will stash up on water and raisins and see if i get the one for 7.50+!my advantage_card is like gold dush0 -

Hello...I'm an Advantage Card novice, by that I mean I have never done anything other than collect points on it.
Went into Boots today and noticed they had a nappies offer on 2 packs (54 nappies per pack) for £13.50 (normal price per pack £8.96) so I bought 4 packs, and then babywipes were also BOGOF so I bought 6 packs, and I also bought a big tub of E45 cream - the whole lot should have been £54.29 but came to £37.84 so I'm all woozy with excitement, don't have to buy nappies for about 6-7 weeks and I also got 500 extra points, and then 143 points on top of that so I now have £23.67 to spend in store.
So as I have never redeemed the points before, can I spend them on anything? So could I spend the whole sum on presents at Christmas, or are there only certain things you can spend them on?
Also I only just got this card before we moved house, so I have gone online and changed my address, and wonder as they send vouchers/offers though the mail will it be based on things I have previously bought. (I have accumulated all my points through sandwiches and nappies)
Thank you (please all share in my excitement for so many Pampers at so little cost)April 2006 - £9790.26dr. DFD - March 20110 -
Pathetic - went up the RP with my mum to look @ digital cameras *she's convinced boots is too dear but i don't care, i want my ruddy points - due to lack of foodstuffs within the branch i can walk to, the poitns are drastically decreasing*, but we ran out of time so never got to buy anything, never got to see if they had any magazines and even worse - never got to see if i qualified for the *extra points on 7.50+ spend*!
Won't be with mother on Wednesday @ Eastgate Centre, so won't be able to access the machine, staff can be very unhelpful when they want to be and very rarely offer to get me the coupons if i qualify in EC, whereas they say *if you don't ask you don;t get* up @ the Retail Park *aka the RP branch*.
It's not fair, i want to do 2 £50+ orders but mum keeps saying i have to buy things elsewhere - she just doesnt want me buying it just for poitns, but then she doesn't even have a boots points card *sticks tongue out @ mother*my advantage_card is like gold dush0 -
you can spend them on most things, look at the label on the shelf and it will usually say 'buy with xxx points' underneath the price tag :-)52% tight0
