But just to let you all know, it's an upgrade reward that you are all claiming, so if you do claim this money this it will reset your entitlement to a discount off a new handset (anything from £5 to £100 discount) for 6-9 months. Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,

MY NEW COMPUTER IS TOP CLASS:0 -
You use a new unused SIM number - your existing SIM isn't affected - apart from credit applied

can you do this with a new sim card instead of an old one!!!0

I work for o2.
Basically if you've been a customer for a certain amount of time, you may be entitled to some money either as credit or off a new Pay & Go handset. Basically the more you top up, the more you're entitled to as credit or off a new phone.
If you're after a new phone, jus go into an o2 store and ask them about upgrades.0 -
will i still get my free monthly texts?
Thanks0 -
Also, i'd imagine we'd lose out on the o2 treats and have 2 start afresh?
But first, the most asked question:
Q "Is anything worn under your kilt???"
A "No. Everything is in perfect working order Thank You!!."0 -
