Bah, I've been with o2 for years and got back the please call CS message when using the o2 'bubbles' design sim pack.

Is there any way I can get the credit added?

I think the amount you get is linked to what you top up each month - now know 3 people who have done it - 2 barely use a tenner a month and got a fiver the other tops up loads and got £20.....

You get £5 for every £50 you have topped up since you last upgraded / since you connected (whichever is the most recent). The maximum claim is £50.

But just to let you all know, it's an upgrade reward that you are all claiming, so if you do claim this money this it will reset your entitlement to a discount off a new handset (anything from £5 to £100 discount) for 6-9 months.
