Hey Kel, so glad to see you back :j

I am really pleased that you managed to get your uncles house and that it's costing you less. It must be really good to have your own home again for Xmas. I can't believe your wedding is coming round so quickly too

How is DD2? Did the present turn up? ;)

Very happily married on 10th April 2013 :D

We had a fantastic xmas thank you :D

3 days in total. Today is the first day since xmas eve that we get to stay at home! Need to sort out the little ones presents and find homes! Luckily where was a lot of small bits like jewellery, cds and ds games.

OH got me a touch screen phone for xmas - Orange San Francisco. He had a lot of trouble with the orange shop and so contact trading standards and orange headoffices etc. In the end he got a £50 cheque back for his inconvenience! Very MSE! I love the phone! Getting used to touch screen a bit more now. I love being able to go online with it! I can check MSE throughout the day! We got a load of great stuff.

I got some fudge and 2 packs of flying saucers (my fave) so need to eat them before the new year starts for the diet!

Did a next sale order last thursday that arrived today. A couple of bits in there for DD1's birthday in feb. I also ordered a cheap coat - will have to see if it is in the bag (haven't opened it yet)

OH was pleased with his 6 month gym membership i got him for xmas! Cost £160 but then in the new year he would have to pay a joining fee of £25 and also the vat increase would make it more expensive. So worked out cheaped to get it now than for his birthday Jan 20th.

After being very inspired by kirstie allsops homemade xmas programes i want to try and have a homemade xmas in 2011. I figure as we buy for 40-50 people i will have to start soon. Obviously not everyone will be getting homemade gifts but i would like to do as many as possible! Will look for some xmas craft items in the sales later to see if i can collect some things to make my homemade cards (also for my 101 list!)

May search online later to find any wedding shoes bargains.

Time to find spaces then for the kids presents!

oh yeah also forgot to say we have paid off my college course! They asked for the money from work again (we were paying half and work paying half) So i got a cheque from work and OH told me he had enough money in his account to pay our £471 so i sent the cheque the other day!! That is the best xmas present he could have given me! Love him lots x...off to change signature x

I hope everyone is well xxxx

Sounds like you all had a lovely Xmas :D

I've got a HTC touch screen and it takes some getting used to but I do like it, get a bit frustrated with texting every now and then but I use it to go online more than I do the PC now!

Making gifts sounds like a great idea, I would follow suit but I think I need to focus on shifting some weight first :o.

Sounds like you and your OH both got lovely gifts and had a great time.

I love Kirsties Homemade stuff but some is very extravagent. The premise is a very good idea though!

Great news about paying off the college course.

I agree some of the things on the show are quite extravagant! I want to do the little things to save money like making candles and soaps etc plus some of the things that are unneccesary but nice like making our own decorations and replacing the bought ones we have. I like the idea of the kids making salt dough decs for the tree and making our own bunting etc.

Been shifting money around where it needs to go today and have paid some bills. I want a frugal month to get back on track in jan but then on the other hand it is also OH's birthday on the 20th.

I need to get back on track weight wise

I will make January my month of no sweets. Thats includes chocolate bars to polos etc. Jan was meant to be my vegetarian month (for my 101 list) but as OH's work do was cancelled it is now next weekend and my turkey dinner has been ordered. So i will either do febuary or do it for a month 9th jan to 9th feb. I have lost a good deal of weight when being vegetarian before!

Lots to update all the time - debt progress, homemade gift progress, weightloss and my 101 list!!!

I hoe everyone is well x
