It's officially been three months and no 1000 Skilljam points - after waiting this long, I'm going to claim my vouchers now in time for Xmas shopping. I have learnt my lesson and will never buy through Pigsback again!
Oh and, er... BUMP!!! (only joking)

I have just found a parcel left outside my front door from Mango bookclub. I will follow the advice given here to sort it out, so thank you to everyone who has posted about this problem. I am cross about this as I am very careful - has anyone managed to work out if it is via pigsback yet??? I bet there are a fair few of us out there who are getting these books delivered!

I doubt if it is the fault of Pigsback, as Mango seem to have their joining software stitiched into a number of freebie sites. I found myself an unwitting new member of their club a few months back when I recived a Welcome email and after searching through saynoto0870 got a geographical number which put me through to the security guard! LOL
The next day I called back before 5pm and spoke to an operative and informed him that I had not joined their club, and had no intention of ever joining their club as they sell Chick Lit, and whilst I am a Chick, prefer books in which people die in alarmng circumstances!
He promised to take my details off their database and not send the book(s). Which is a good job, since I am under the impression that unsolicited goods do not have to be returned AT ALL!

i had 2 parcels, the first from world books which i returned to them at my expense.... the second from mystery and thriller book club which i complained about and got to keep for free. neither i signed up to.
yesterday i got a card posted through the door (as i wasnt in) saying that theres a parcel at the sorting office i need to collect as its too big for letter box and its special delievery.... im getting worried now its another book club (prob mango) that have sent me this parcel.:heart2: I Hope You Live A Life You're Proud Of, And If You're Not, I Hope You Have The Strength To Start All Over Again :heart2:0 -

Does everyone know about this scam? It was on the news....
A card from a courier is left at your door saying they have a parcel waiting for you, and you have to phone a number to rearrange delivery. However, the phone line is a very expensive one and they are just making money out of you- ie no parcel at all!:smileyheaRachel xx0 -
Hi Natz.
Have they given you any contact number? If they have and the number is 0906 6611 911(a premium rate number) please don't ring this number. If you do, then it will cost you £15 for the phone call.If you want something very much, let it go free.If it comes back to you,it is yours forever. If it doesn't it was never yours to begin wih.0
