Not strictly true, it's one account per person. So if there are 4 people who are able to do their own clickthroughs etc (ie they satisfy the terms and conditions) in one household, then this is also fine.

The answer is 12! Unless of course you're American, they take the number 1 billion to mean a thousand million (9 zeros), whereas it's actually a million million (12 zeros). Unfortunately, this seems to have rubbed off on the rest of the world and now many English-speaking countries call a thousand million a billion, but a million million is the actual definition.

not sure about the others you're asking about, but i'm still waiting for the baileys points for about a week now......i thought they would've been instant as well
