Go here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=136 and near the top you'll see a 'new thread' button. Click that and fill out the form and you'll see your own thread started for you.

thank you thank you for your help!! I am completely overwhelmed by this site, and really not used to forums, but it all just looks so helpful, I have posted it as a thread now so maybe i'll get some help

There is only one reason I'm here. To try and help people going through the hard times that I remember very very well. I hope that people can put all other concerns aside, and get on with doing that the best they can.
