You know it's the same thick idiots that's moved out and is also still sending cards to the 'friends' who have no idea they've moved. Carol and Pete are sending cards to my ex-ex-next door neighbour Margaret (who I never met) at my house and she, wherever she is, is still sending cards to them but wondering why she never gets one in return.
Or maybe they've moved house too. And Margaret sends cards to them at their old house. Neither of them get cards from anyone :rotfl:
It's a good thing. If the world's stupid people are bust writing cards to each other at the wrong house, they can't be screwing up things for the rest of us. They keep Royal Mail in business and the economy ticking over.
I love this thread. All the unwanted Christmas cards. Someone should collect them all and make a new mountain.
I should Sleep.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I am sure the OP was just making a thread for conversation, I mean it's no big deal getting five Xmas cards for the previous (deceased) owner. Most people knowing this fact will simply put them in the bin.
However sending them back to the solicitor !!!!!!!!!! What does the OP think the solicitor is going to do with them!!!
Can you imagine the office scene of the solicitors that were only involved with the sale of the property. "Miss Smith we have received some Christmas cards addressed to that delightful property we sold to that young couple almost 2 years ago. Looks like Uncle Cecil from Sydney wasn't informed. Can we get the onto the Australian National tracing service to track down Uncle Cecil and inform him of the terrible news" .....
".. it also seems that this card is from Jack, says he still thinks about the national service days together. Well after you have tracked down Uncle Cecil get onto the MOD service records section, can't be too many Jacks that did square bashing in '53. Lets see if we can save Jack a first class stamp for next year"
.... "Hang on a minute Miss Smith is that a bin next to your desk"0
