I'll never use royal mail again

I remember threads/posts of a similar vein to the title last year and just wondered if anyone had changed their minds?
Currently awaiting parcels via DHL still in Birmingham after 4 days and unable to get TNT to pick up an urgent parcel, yesterday I sent it royal mail special delivery, next day before 1pm.
Arrived this morning before 9am (the online tracking had said it was ahead of schedule).
The parcel was fully insured, if i'd added insurance onto the TNT price, it would have cost more.
So well done Royal Mail, excellent job.

That's nice. But you have a very misleading title to your thread!"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

Will you use them again? As a happy customer, I definately will.
With roughly 500 packages via RM in the past year, only 1 has gone AWOL.
This was to Italy (a black hole for mail apparently), I have no doubt it got there eventually, but the lady was moving back to the UK and possibly missed it.
It's good to see the CEO takes time out to deal with customers problems. Another plus in my book.0 -

I don't need to ..
Does your thread title say
Ill never use Royal mail again?
If yes then answer yes. If not then answer no.
Its your choice to decide whether your thread title bears no resemblance to your post and your beating down a national company not mine.
Of course if you will never use Royal mail again then please tell us why. If not change your thread title to TNT or DHl who you have a real beef with because your doing people no favours who may enter this thread thinking they want to rant about RM..
And stop being a !!!!!! all your lifeone of the famous 5

Did you even read the original post? I believe the thread title was in jest as the OP was actually praising RM for doing a good job - whereas the other 2 couriers were not.
Perhaps you should take a chill pill and logout, theres no need for that abuse or language.0 -

Oh you think so?
go look at threads about anything else - especially UGG boots.. They dont care what has been posted they read the title and put the fact they were stupid enough to buy dirt cheap boots in the first thing they post.
Paying no attention to anything else apart from the title.
Now if the OP wanted to slag the couriers off then they should say so..
Stop confusing people and say what you mean from the off. if not . get off.one of the famous 5
