did you try collecting them at the ACM that's what I've had to do both times I've been given points as 'compensation'

Kind of unrelated, but I forgot that I'd have points sitting on an ACM waiting for me to collect them from my ol S&G order from the 17th!!

How on earth could I forget AC points??

They were not there yesterday morning when I went to look at the sale stuff, just my points from before christmas to collect. To be honest I expected them to show up as pending in my account online. Is this not the case, it is the first time i have received points as compensation (or not) as the case maybe.

It never occurred to me that they would just be on the ACM without showing in my account online

You've remembered now lol
The hard bit yesterday was finding a working ACM. At my nearest store (11 miles away) both were out of action :mad: (until I complained about travelling specially to use it)

I eventually got mine yesterday, was due instore on the 22nd, still wasn't there on the 23rd.
Daughter decided to check on Monday when she was passing, it was there, so she picked it up, but she was going wandering after work, so she decided to leave it at work, how could she do that!
She did bring it home yesterday though.:)

Lots of people left them over the weekend here, I didn't, I wanted to go home and play with mine.
