  • I opened mine this morning to find some of the contents of the shower gel had leaked over everything else and stained the pink box :(

    I know I can't get a replacement set and don't want to part with it.

  • Anyone still waiting for their order that should have arrived last week? I am still waiting. Asked at my store and they just said it hadn't come yet.

    I got two as presents and another for me which hasn't come. Trying to keep calm......

    Any ideas? Other then deep breaths!!!
  • Am still waiting on mines too, I called the store to find out if its there and the Lady told me that they don't deal with online orders...what????? I coudn't believe she said that. I guess she was just lazy to check. So I called boots customer service, very nice lady answered I told her what the store said and she called them up. Then she apologised and told me the order is at the store for collection when am ready and its been there since before Christmas :eek:, and I was sooo looking forward to having it then!
    Anyway am going to collect it in awhile.

Surely they are aware that they can't replace it and a refund should be a given really, I want to know what happened to it!!

  • I've had an email thanking me for my return and they are issuing a refund....Except its sat in my kitchen... They're not having it!

    Why cant they replace it. I returned one this morning so at least one in stock

    :(I am feeling totally disillusioned with Boots:mad: .I ordered 3 sets of Soap and Glory as presents on the first morning the offer went live.The order went through no problem and money was charged to my credit card.The order was to be collected from my local store on weds 22nd December.On the 22nd only 2 sets arrived and I was told to check back the next day.The 23rd still no missing set and also the same on Christmas eve.:mad:The store manager was very helpful :Tand checked to see if all 3 had been despatched,which they had been.Where is my missing set ,no one seems to know or can help me find out.After checking on various forum sites ,I have found this has been a real big problem,mainly to customers who have ordered into store.Come on Boots,you are a big company,why has this been such an issue:mad:.When contacting Boots customer services all they would offer me was a refund and no other compensation offer of apology(points or a voucher )would have been a nice gesture especially as it is Christmas and these were presents,which had to be replaced at such short notice.I have sent an email to their CEO and eagerly wait for a reply.Maybe others who have been let down should try also,good luck all :(
  • not a happy bunny either..i ordered only 1 set on the morning the offer went live, payment was taken and was due to be collected instore on the 23rd, went to collect on the 23rd nothing had arrived, checked again instore on the 24th..still nothing, instore again today and it seems my item is now 'missing'...the only thing they could do was offer a refund as clearly is now sold out, seems i'll have to do without my long awaited treat to myself :(
