Niggynog - I also ordered 3 and have collected 2 but still await the third. The store was next to useless although I don't think they have any other info because the screen just said ordered!!!

I think I will phone them up in a few day as I have emailed so hopefully I'll have a good reply. I don't understand how they can't track it? It goes on a lorry, it gets the store? Each time checked in? It's marked as dispatched online..... Don't know what that means because it doesn't seem to have arrived anywhere!

If it's 1-2 boxes it is fine...but 7 tote bags plus 4 Take That tickets is bit too much but thanks for your suggestion though. Take care.

I was in Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge today and saw 1 Tote bag there on the sales, I didn't ceck the price but it should be on the £30 range.

Had an email back from Boots (although I had asked for a phone call) to say they have refunded my missing tote bag as they are completely OOS of this item, and they have given me 750 points for my inconvenience. I am just glad I impulse bought the second one (which thankfully arrived safely) otherwise I would have missed out.

In regards to missing deliveries, it scan on the lorry which leads me to believe that they are going missing for one reason or another when they arrive in store. From what I have been told, it is up to a member of staff to scan the order in (which sometimes doesn't happen for a few days if there is a backlog). I hate to play devils advocate but I do wonder why it is only the S&G sets that go missing each year?

Well this afternoon I am a happy bunny.

I got up at 2.00 am on 17th December to buy 2 soap and glory tote bags. One for me and one as a present. All was well, they arrived etc and I checked and gave away one as a present. The other one was for me. The edge was taken off it Christmas Day when I opened to to find some of the shower gel had leaked all over the contents and left a black stain on the bottom of the box.

I rang Boots who offered me 750 points as a compensation but 2 days later were still not put on my card. The .com assistant said they would go on straight away. This morning I emailed them and within an hour I had received a full refund of £25 and I still have the items. I am delighted with this result. I now have smellies which I have not paid for. Thank You Boots.

Am sooo happy now, I went and collect my S&G yesterday and it felt great!:j Everything is in the box and they all smell and look goood:D.
Even though it took awhile for me to get, it was well worth the wait. Now my New Year will definitely be bright!
