I'm also waiting for the dispatch email, I ordered one at 5am fri and is still showing as processing. I rang cs yesterday, she said something along the lines of a problem with high volume orders and they had an email that it's all sorted,but she said there was no problem with my order. I will start to panic tomorrow afternoon of it's still showing the same status.

awwww i am really hoping i get mine, it says processing on boots site and pending on paypal. i did order at 6.00am on friday so i am hoping i will get one, will be very cross if not as i would have just gone to the shop and bought one if i had thought there would be a chance of it not coming.:eek::eek::eek:

That's when I ordered mine and I still don't have despatch email either.

Just wanted to thank all the people who have kindly PMd me about my post 1543. So many of you have said how it has brought tears to your eyes, because you've remembered friends and relations who alas, are no longer with you, and how you'd love to see them, in spite of their ways - or perhaps, because of them.

And so many have said it sums up how they feel too. Thank you, that means such a lot, and I've seen how many have used their thanks button too.

One further bit of advice to all of you who are awaiting deliveries, of S & G bags or anything else, or cannot get out because of the weather .......... it's not your fault!!!!

If it means that you haven't received the gift that was destined for, say, your MIL, just hand-write a notelet apologising and explaining that it hasn't arrived, due to the weather, and that you'll get it to them at the first opportunity. Put the note in an envelope, and then wrap the envelope in Christmas paper. That way, they'll have something to unwrap.

We're supposed to be at DDs house for Christmas Dinner. She supplies and cooks an array of vegetables and the pigs in blankets and all the "bits", and I cook and take over the turkey, mince pies and pudding.

She said if the worst comes to the worst, DH and I can have roast turkey, baked beans and frozen chips at our place, and they'll have beefburgers and brussel sprouts, and Baileys cream!!!!

is it possible that (as stores seem well stocked) boots would be able to honour orders from stock already in store ?

i ordered 4 and paid for 4 .. got the reward points for 4 but got one this morning. Says the rest will be delivered in a seperate parcel. I have a 1000 point code so used it. just in case iv been to boots and claimed the points onto my card. has anyone else only recieved one that ordered more

Right, so I have order 1- acknowledged, confirmed, despatched with tracking all fine yesterday and order 2 - acknowledged, confirmed, processing.

Today order 1 has no new information on Boots online but DHL now also has 'no result for your query'!! Where's it gone? yesterday evening it was still just at the warehouse.

I want 2 perfectly filled s&g totes by Wednesday please, pretty please, with cherries on top.
