My 2 big parcels arrived yesterday (wasn't expecting them to arrive until weds!) got one for my sister and one for me and god am I glad I did I love it! The bag and the box will come in very useful. Ah! I'm so happy lol!

Hi all,

Was at Fosse Park shopping centre at Junction 21 of the M1 last night and they had loads left, they were piled floor to ceiling! I spent ages looking round Leicester to find a store with some in stock, the staff said they were expecting even more.

Got the ones i wanted for my kids, cant wait for them to open them they look ace.

Just a quick note to say thanks to those people who pm'd me and made suggestions of stock in my local area after my 2 totes showed in my orders as Cancelled.
Came home after a day out yesterday to find them in my secure location, and was amazed!
Still shows as cancelled in my orders however.

I got mine ok online but was just wondering if anyone got any in the Derry store? I know last year was a disaster-were bringing the hatboxes out 4 at a time and staff took a lot of them. Couldnt see anywhere they would have even been at the store when I was over yesterday. So glad I didnt risk trying to get them there!

Got to admit my hubby asked last night if I needed him to dash for any last minute presents when he finishes work for Christmas on Tuesday - my face must have dropped as nothing under tree for me yet, he started laughing and said yours are safely sorted, the boy and I will be wrapping on wednesday!!! Bless him......

Ring up Customer Services again. If not can they contact the nearest store with stock and reserve one?

I ordered at 3.04am to collect one in store on 22nd Dec. Its still showing as order processing.
Does this mean I will get one or not?

You should do as long as you have had an order confirmation. I would think they will start shipping to stores tomorrow?
