I guess, but my comment was in relation to waiting up till 1.45am (and later) to order them.

sjp... Im a big complainer so thought that as I'd had fab help of a SA in my local boots I would pass on my appreciation to head office. Now every time I go in store I greated by the SA with a big smile and as much help as I need. we even greet each other by our first names..... well worth a 2min email.

I ordered one at 3.18am and got a dispatch notice for that on Friday and one i ordered at 2.14pm is still only confirmation though like i said now having problems with tracking on the first! Do you know what time you finally managed to get yours ordered?

i went and bought one instore on friday and now my sister has gone and bought me one can i take mine back with receipt for a refund do you know ?

Yes you can return it for a refund.

hiya pinklady,if you take it back with a reciept you will have no problems getting a refund,without a reciept you could still get an exchange.hth.beaten to my reply..lol slow typing !!

i ordered for home delivery (standard) at about 7:45 am Friday, but my order still says processing, although expected delivery date still says 22nd.
