My daughters which was ordered 5 mins after mine still says this


mine says it is being processed, i wondered if it was because i paid for daughters with my credit card, daughter was at work and she's not supposed to use her phone, so she couldn't text me her card details, and i also filled in that i would be collecting it, as it says you need a signature.

Just checked my tracking details and it says 'out for delivery', so fingers crossed!

The guy on the helpline just now said if your order is showing "received" rather than processing, it's going to be cancelled as all the orders that went through while they still had stock are processing or dispatched.

I told them off for poor online stock control - as the website showed in stock when I placed my order and people who ordered 2 minutes before are getting theirs.

Just checked my tracking status and 6 out of 8 of the tote bags say 'Re-routed to another courier' and 2 out of 8 of the tote bags say 'In Transit'. Dont have a clue what it means.... :S

That means they are re-routing couriers to ensure they get delivered ontime, around here some couriers are refusing to drive in the snow (rightly so I may add) but others will deliver.

I've just rang and the lady looked at my order and she said she will pass it through to operations and they will get it pushed through.

So i asked will it deffo be at our branch to pick up on wed and she said yes, i said are you 100% sure of that and she said yes.

Suppose that is all i can do, i did take her name though

Eeek, are some getting cancelled? Mine is showing as processing on the site, what does that mean? xo

Mine is still showing as processing. I ordered at 3.30 am. Will not be happy if it is cancelled.

I just called up, they said that it should go through ok and also put 500 points on my card after I pointed out the Girligo error on the description! So in Boots logic it has only cost me £15 yeeha!!!!! :beer:
