Cancelled, but fully expected and this would have been some "glitch".
I've had some fantastic glitches from M&S in the past though, so some do get through.

I don't mind the order being cancelled, but its the fact companies seem unwilling to admit they made a mistake. If they held their hands up we could have a laugh together but to give a obvious lie is slightly insulting.

I havent had the email but just logged in using the order no link in the original email and it loads to - this order has been cancelled. Grr.
