Oh well, I still haven't had a confirmation email (I ordered 2 duck egg) but I did buy them with 1-click I don't know if that makes a difference at all.

Maybe they are calling in a solicitor to draft the email cancellation up for them.. Pmsl!! Its a pretty HUGE glitch!
