My footstool order from Jan for £9 or something daft, definately showed a photo of a footstool but I received a vase or a coat hook instead (can't remember which). Customer services were great about it when I rang - had a laugh with me, refunded me my money and let me keep the vase and hook!

lol but the item title wasn't for a footstool though even though it had a picture of a footstool from what i remember

I ordered 5, dont think it will be honoured, but if they deliver something other than what they state then arent I entitled to do something about it according to the Sale of Goods Act?
