I usually order the one day, the next day I have the depatch email and the following day I receive the goods. I have had no problems at all. In fact, I sent an email to Debenhams a couple of weeks ago thanking them for their prompt service. Maybe I am ordering things that no one else wants!!

I ordered an item last week when they added more stuff, and got a dispatch email the next morning, and the following day my item was delivered. I was very very impressed.

I am a manager at Debenhams Oxford Street and confirm that the sale is also happening in store. The great discounts online are for very limited items many of which are left over from the last sale. There are a lot of great bargains in the stores so I would recommend you all visit them.

There is also a Debenhams site on Amazon. I have ordered from them too but they took about a week and a half to arrive.

the radley bags gone! was looking at the pink one - wanted a radley bag forever but could never afford one before!
does anyone know if this stuff comes back in stock again or is it a case of when its gone its gone?
also is there any warning to these big sales (esp on radley) or is it right time right place?

Oh, I am going to the shop tomorrow - I tried clicking on a few things and they all go out of stock in the time it takes for me to open their page and click on "add to basket", ROFL.
I don't have the patience for that, I do really admire (and envy) those that do and end up with great bargains. :T

It would be very helpful if they did update the pages more often and put on "Out of stock" before clicking on page. Found that very frustrating especially when its happening several times!
