Don't bet on getting any items. I ordered 3 necklaces last Tuesday and today they have emailed me to say they can't fulfill any of the order. Be careful is all I can say.

ive been so dissapointed with debenhams this festive season, weeks after an order has been confirmed i recieve a generic email saying that my order has been cancelled, their customer service has been rude and ill informed

this has happened on more than three occasions and despite the alleged bargains i wont be buying from them again

I have ordered so much stuff in the 70% sale every time Claire posts. Everything I have ordered has always arrived two days later. I must be just lucky. Debenhams has kitted out my husband for Christmas at a fraction of the price. I have also ordered jewellery, toys, clothes for the grandchildren and had no problem at all.
