I've got despatched e-mails for the items of clothing I ordered, so hopefully Mr/Mrs Courier will be here tomorrow, but a couple of sets of earrings/necklace are 'being processed', so being sent out by post I'm guessing.

Where do you see the "being processed" thing, is that an email or online somewhere??

I ordered several items and when I got my dispatch email the only thing showing as 'Processing' was a necklace - everything else showed as despatched. I thought this might mean that there was no stock left, but reading above post am hoping that it means it will be posted using royal mail

Ive bought well over forty reduced items in the last month from Debenhams and they have all been in stock (just! or they have come up as out of stock and not allowed me to put it in my basket, never checked out then out of stock) and they have all arrived pretty quick, I do the same method as clare after somethings disappeared from my basket and its quick because you only have to enter the three security numbers and your checked out to hunt again.

The thing that annoys me the most is that it never goes to the top of the next page when you click next page.

Oh brillo pads, looks like these 4 items are no hopers too then. Bloomin heck! Im annoyed because one of the necklaces was still in stock 4 hours ago, and I ordered a good 24 hours before that!!!! (I ordered within 5 mins of this post going live and the items stayed "in stock" and being able to add to basket for the next 2 hours)

GRR Debenhams, "our internet system isnt live" is not a good enough excuse. How does every other website Ive ever used manage to fulfill all orders, and never have problems with things going out of stock!! URGH!

I feel your pain. I ordered a bracelet on the site last week, and later got an -email saying they couldn't fulfil the order because it was out of stock, fair enough I thought as I did seem to get the last one online and miscounting by one is an easy mistake to make, we're only human. Then a day later it was available to buy again, so I ordered again and again got the same e-mail. Aaarrrrrgggghhhh. :mad:

If these get cancelled that will be 10 items in 10 weeks cancelled.... 100% FAIL rate!
The lady at Customer Services said its because their stock levels aren't live and are updated around 6 hours late and the website if pretty much lucky guesswork.... Brilliant system for a company like Debenhams huh?

And then I ask who I can complain to and they said email this address, I email a lengthy Novel and get an auto response saying "the email channel is down, please refer to our FAQs below as these will help"

I'm not fully sure why I re-ordered yesterday, was pretty naive of me.. but thought that last week may have just been "unlucky" or a mistake...

That is pretty rubbish for a huge company like Debenhams.
I guess you have to take a chance, but take it with a pinch of salt - not the way it should be at all, but still gotta try I guess.
