I hadn't heard of it until they opened a Pilgrim store in Bristol, its dutch jewellery, im sure there must be other stores too...
And yes you are right, there are some new items added, but I can't handle anymore uncertainty/stress of the dreaded OOS email... so steering clear, although very very lovely stuff! Thanks

Both sets of glasses I ordered have arrived today - the port glasses are as described, but the whisky tumblers are completely different - they were plain in the photo, but OH prefers the ones that have been delivered and as he's the only one who drinks whisky Im not complaining! Still waiting for a despatch email on the Hannah Montana toy I ordered for my niece a couple of hours before the glasses - sorry if it's been asked before but is there no way of checking on order history/status at Debenhams other than order confirmation/despatch emails which they send out? Thanks

I got the tumblers too and have a more cut glass effect rather than plain. But a gin n tonic will be fine in them either way lol

Have a good look at your glasses - I also ordered plain ones and have received RCR Melodia instead. Two of them have tiny cracks around the rims which you can't feel but can see. Two of the others are really badly finished with obvious moulding markings raised up more than on the others.

The box says originally £45 but I wouldn't pay £10 for them if they were perfect!

Hi, no there isn't i'm afraid. The only info you get is the email they send out for confirmation of order and then a dispatch email. I deleted mine the other day so I can't remember the details !
