I have also had problems with Groupon. I brought 2 home keratin treatments, I was told it would be a 2-4 week delivery. Well to cut a long story short, its now been nearly 3 months and I have not received the products. I have called Groupon 5 or 6 times to be told that its being looked into and I will have a refund in 5 working days. Obviously this hasnt happened and the lastest excuse is that it may take longer as the vouchers have been redeemed which makes it look like I have received the products. I have emailed them, called them, they have hung up on me...its a joke! I am sick to the back teeth of calling them and wasting my time! £60 is a lot of money just to lose so can anyone advise where I can go from here. I think I have waited long enough now and Groupon should have got this sorted. Never again will I purchase from them :mad:Started comping October 2013
