Thanks.
No not avoiding credit searches as I have never mised a payment ever.
Just owe alot compared to income and don't think I would get accepted so don't try.
As far as I'm aware it's not the amount you owe that's key, it's whether you keep up with payments. Makes you too risky for them to accept if you miss payments, so if you've never missed one I think you should try for a card and see what happens. If you get turned down, fair enough, but you don't lose anything, do you? It could knock a big chunk of time off your debt free date even if you got only a few thousand on to a 0% card. Not meaning to pry, hope you don't feel I'm interfering. Just seems like it's worth a try.0 -

I know!! To be honest, I'm amazed at how much I have paid off since I started at the end of february
I didn't have much of an idea how much to put down for my target, and it will be interesting to see how much I pay out by the end of the year. It would be nice if the £6000 target was all of my debt but unfortunately it is nowhere close
Suffice to say that I will be around long before this target (and the next few) are met!!Save £12k in 2021: Jan £1834.40, Feb £1692.810 -

I want to pay off about £1,000 or more if I can. Hoping to get back to work in the next month so want to pay as much off as I can. I will update my total in the next day or so.
Thanks,
Mich
