Well done SuzieWong :T What an achievement and what a feeling!

I am pleased to report I finally have paid last bit of interest to MBNA - called yesterday to confirm all up to date and requested card to be closed. Have today logged on and it says CLOSED. Yippee (almost 6 years I had the card - and most of the time it was maxed!). Just waiting for written confo from them.

So my mid month update total is :

    £4,057 / £10,206

My next goal is to have 50% paid by end of June so thats another £1,046 I need to find - eek !
  • small payment from me today. Running total now:

Made a payment of £250 to M&S CC today, taking me to £6083.04/£6000 paid :j
It means I have met my first target, so would like to increase it to £10000 please :p It sounds like a huge amount, but when I start working full time in September I don't want to get too used to having the extra money and not increasing what I pay towards my debts.
I would be sooooo well off if I wasn't having to pay off all these debts . Either that, or I wouldn't be having to go to work full time.

I feel so stupid when I think of how these debts have mounted up over the years. I don't really have anything to show for it.

Woo hoo! Congratulations on being our first to hit target! :j:T:j:T:j:beer:
