It may not be the same one that you are seeing re-appear every time. There is several visits to each location this month. I had to call about something this morning and mentioned that there seemed to be quite a lot of them about this month and was told that it was all to do with the 2 months towards the end of last year when there were very few food visits and mostly drinks only. Apparently the client requested this due to the new menu.

Think you're right but honestly can't remember and don't feel like trawling back through my history on RE to check

However, like all their clients, the fees were a LOT higher with who had them before RE got their grubby little paws on them....

Does anyone know if the coffee shops that were with tns are going somewhere else or if they're giving up entirely.

I'm hoping somewhere else as although their coffee is yummy the service sucks!

Haven't heard anything yet but be prepared to see them on RE in the future with the purchase requirement of a coffee and muffin for the reimbursement of a coffee and no fee!

Started so promising for February, 36 visits done so far but nothing booked up, oh how I am waiting for some more forecourt's. Is anyone else finding things are dying down? at least for the next week, I find all the updates in the alerts thread being N/A for me.

Most likely go to RE. They took the other coffee and cake shop TNS used to do a year or two ago. And yes, I wouldn't be surprised if the reimbursement was like £1 and the fee was £2. LOL.

Yep, but whilst RE can get people to do visits for no or not much money, then they will always be able to undercut those companies that pay more and will pick up new contracts easily.

Unless the reports are so bad the client loses confidence. I wonder what percentage of the 10k is producing decent reports.
