Sorry I thought I was being helpful...

It's very helpful, thank you! I think it's good to point out just how much work is involved with writing a report. (must do mine from yesterday!). Some of us just worry about handing over everything on a plate.

Theres a lot of hints in this thread about gap and indeed very useful information for new shoppers. Its a long haul but will be worth it for the information you can glean.

Yay! picked up 2 overnights from TMDC. Not because I particularly want to go to those places, but I do want to get past bronze. Wonder how many IO can get away with before either a)bloke blows a fuse or b) I remember how much petrol costs.

Mind you, I may well end up out of pocket if they only pay saver rate and I can only get flexible rate. That'd be why those ones are left, I suppose.

Yea I know what you mean about 'handing everything on a plate' although sometimes things can be a bit too vague that people who asked the question are still none-the-wiser. I was so grateful for people who gave me detailed answers when I first started that I wanted to return the favour. It's upto the newbies to see whether the amount of work involved are worth it.

On a side note, I usually have loads of alerts around this time about new jobs but I haven't had any! Maybe they're all being saved for 1st of Feb?

Snap, my excuse is that it's half term and I would be driving to Chessington anyway so this way I can drive up the night before and miss all the stoopid queues without having to get up stupidly early, and then instead of having to go back we can just drive along the m25 a few miles and sleep and go back in the morning (also free food is an incentive)

I can see about 5 I could do, but I just don't know! I've never been to one of those hotels before. Are they cheap and nasty or glamorous?

they are decent some of them.
  • Hmmm, I'm on a diet that consists of only eating food I can get from Mystery shopping. Looking at the next month I have 3 Italians, 1 tapas, 1 fish and chips, 1 unspecified breakfast and lunch, 2 Pizza delivery and around 20 small supermarkets

Thinking I need to get me a gym assignment soon :rotfl:

    Depends where you go.

We've had several good experiences and only one bad (Hampshire somewhere near the New Forest, middle of the night, room full of spiders , got a full refund though and a change of rooms). For one night though I can put up with most things so long as I get my rating up from Bronze :D
