Right I have a TNS supermarket booked but could some kind person in plain English explain exactly what I have to do. I take it I have to visit the Mandatory areas mentioned plus the additional areas!

I am totally confused (which at my age does not take much)! and any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks peeps

Spender, What specifically aren't you sure about? You should have about 5 areas to ask where something is, C/S desk and till, toilets, community noticeboard, some departments you have to ask a specific question. You can take the shopping list in and make discrete notes. Pretty easy really. I think the brief is more confusing that it needs to be.

Have you read the briefing notes? I did a visit today and couldn't find any difficulty in following the brief. Which part are you having trouble with? I'm a little confused.
