What to do with Duck Stock?

?
Had roast duck yesterday for lunch (yum yum), using leftover duck tonight for chinese stirfry. Now wondering whether I should boil up the carcass (as I would a chicken) and make a stock ? If so, what could I use it for? After dinner tonight there will no duck meat left so it would have to be used with a different meat? Any ideas? Is it worth the stock making or should I just ditch the carcass? What other meat would mix well with duck stock?
Answers on a postcard please as I am stumped for ideas!....0 -

Hi Mrs Optimist,
Duck makes a lovely rich stock. This thread has ideas on how to use it:

I'll add your thread to it later to keep the suggestions together.

Thanks for quick responses. I will use the stock to go with some stewing steak I bought and make a stew, using the stock as a base. Beef is quite a strong flavour so hopefully they will complement each other perfectly. Makes sense now I think about it, but I was completely stumped for inspiration before I posted!
Thanks again.0 -

Oh, heavens! Yes! Duck stock is lovely and just a little more "poultry" flavoured than chicken. Works really well in any recipe that uses chicken and can be used as a substitute for chicken stock."Be the type of woman that when you get out of bed in the morning, the devil says 'Oh crap. She's up.'

I made the stock from this blog once and the soup was amazing (I really didn't have any bits of meat other than that on the carcass, but it was such a yummy soup it didn't need much meat)0

I have duck stock in the freezer (which must have been there 18 months AT LEAST  ) is there anything I can do with it other than to make soup? I've never been brave enough yet to eat any soup I've made from stock - I just feel I'll gag...
