Any chance of a response to my question?

I think you're forgetting Sazzybum (and welcome to the board BTW) that it isn't cisco's fault that he's a
"self pitying, arrogant individual" It's plainly the banks.
I know - just ask him !Space available for rent0 -
Having read this thread i don't think i would want ciscokid as a consultant for anything.......Politicians and diapers have one thing in common. They should both be changed regularly, and for the same reason.0
-
unless ciscokid consulted with certain other system haters out there to come up with this hate the banks, hate lenders hate everyone who gave them money but ask for more to fix it.0

Ha! This thread has been so entertaining -thanks Ciscokid I was a little bored last night, but not when I read this thread. If Cisco is for real then I wish him the best of luck, perhaps if he ever does get his loan he can use some of the money to get some therapy. (well I don't see him putting it all towards the debts in any case). Serves as a warning to us all how NOT to manage our money - if ever I feel tempted to 'borrow Peter to pay Paul' I'll just read this thread all over again0

Why on earth is this the bank's fault? You couldn't afford the insurance on the car - you were living beyond your means back then. You should have bought a cheaper car. Seriously - £3600 for a year's worth of car insurance?!
I hate giving in to trolls, but seriously, shut up..my car cost £400 (was a J reg Rover 200). I drove it until it literally collapsed. A friend then GAVE me an old Ford Escort (E reg) as a favour. I have owned 4 cars in my life and the total cost of all 4 was £900. That was all I could afford, I didn't know the insurance would cost so much but it was either that or lose my job as I had no other means of reaching my work.
Luxuries? Drop me a PM, you are more than welcome to pop round my house to have a look around to try and find any evidence of any luxuries I enjoyed back then. Better bring your thermals though...
I need to WALK a 10 mile round trip this afternoon to see my bank, the weather is -1 just now, there is a snow blizzard....should I save my energy??
In the meantime, in response to some of the more cruel comments, can I please direct you here w w w . s e e m e s c o t l a n d . o r g Thank you.0 -

Cisco clearly stated he had panic attacks and was on medication!
Before he stated that I just kept thinking 'is this chris'! He is someone I knew, who had mental difficulties. Everything was everyone elses fault!!!
Well life is !!!!!! and when it is you don't blame people, you get up, brush yourself off, and you deal with it!!
I don't think this is a Troll, I just think it's a very desperate man, who lives in the past and won't do anything about his future.
I hope someone calls Social Services, because I would if I knew a child lived in a home without heating! How can you think of buying your children Christmas Pressents instead of fixing the heating! Shame on you!We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy! Mortgage Free Wannabe :dance:Overpayments Made: £5400 - Interest Saved: £11,550 - Months Saved: 240 -

Good luck with HBOS!
If I only had one repayment per month to take care of and no constant overdraft fees/bank charges etc. then i might have a clue about the state of my finances. That was the whole point for enquiring about a loan in the first place. It is impossible to predict my outgoings at this stage because it changes every month. It really is useless trying to summarise it, the ONLY thing I can do is summarise how it COULD look if I was just given the loan to clear the existing debt in one go and concentrate on one repayment over the next 4-5 years...in that scenario, my disposable income would be around £600, which would mean I have plenty of money to overpay my debt many months and really work on reducing the new debt in a much shorter than could ever be possible just now.
Here is how it COULD look....not my partners income is 1200 here as this is the MINIMUM she earns...it will vary from month to month. We live completely seperate lives right now due to the barrier this has created and the fact I can't afford to commute home everyday.Income 1 1907.30 income 2 1200.00 Total 3107.30 Mortgage 750.00 Council Tax 180.00 Home Insurance 35.00 Electric 70.00 Cenral Heating 50.00 Phone 50.00 Internet 20.00 Sky 25.00 TV License 12.00 TOTAL 1192.00 Car Insurance 45.00 Petrol 250.00 Breakdown Cover 15.00 Road Tax 15.00 TOTAL 325.00 Food/Shopping 350.00 Mobile Phone 35.00 Child Care 100.00 School Meals 60.00 Misc. 100.00 TOTAL 645.00 Total Cost of Living 2162.00 Propsed Card Repayment 450.00 Total Outgoings 2612.00 Disposable Income 495.30
