OK guys I ust corrected the post to £90 each. In the past I have used to other cash back firms. One paid up immediately and although I was OK they later went bust and a load of people lost their money. I then used osps. they were wonderful except for the fact that I had to take them to court to get my cash out of them. Mobileshop are fantastic - you send the vouchers and they immediately email to confirm receipt and then pay you on time - all of that without needing to chase them even once!0

By they way - looks like the forum's clock hasn't been updated. I actually posted the above at 7.03 but the forum shows 8.03!0

I have just received £180 cash back for 2 contracts. I had to wait over 80 days from Mobileshop receiving my bills and redemption vouchers but I can't complain at least I've now got the money with one final claim to make at the end of December.0

Well yes actually you can complain since their contract with you states that you should receive the cash back within 45, not 80 +, days!0 -

Direct off the website:
*Please note the change in terms and conditions.
We will aim to process all payments 60 days after the expiry date of your voucher.
Thank you
So if I send the statement 3 weeks before the expiry date on the voucher, I can wait up to another 60 days or even longer. It doesn't state within 45 days from receiving the claim.
Mobileshop paid my cash back within the timescale above. Still not happy that they extended the original payment period from 45 to 60 days, as a company they can change the T&C's at any time as long as they let their customers know.0 -
Yes but the reality is that if you want to sue them for paying you 15 days later all you can possibly get back is the interest on the sum for the 15 days and that is it. Hardly worth the £30 court fees nor the aggravation!0
-
If you sue someone and win they pay the court fees, so that doesn't come into it.
But you are right - there's not much point taking someone to court over a 15 day delay in payment.
Though that is not the point - this firm just lets itself down treating customers like this, and we are right to worry about what else may follow.
Reputable firms don't just ignore contract laws and force changes on their customers.
They are just taking advantage of what you say - people are just going to have to accept they are being treated badly as the hassle involved in taking action to make them stick to their agreement is not worth it.
We should vote with our feet and not buy from them again.0 -
My Cash back payment is running late again.
Has anyone else received there cash back since mid November.
I am taking about the actual payment not the emails.
