    I'm kinda glad I didn't order. Their site layout is terrible, I wasn't happy about the fact you couldn't see the actual amount you were paying until after the payment had gone through, if it actually did go through, and I've had absolutely no e-mails from them since creating an account yonks ago - doesn't sit well with me somehow.
    Property buying/selling timeline - currently into week 21
    04/12/20: Both properties listed for sale
    11/01/21: Offers accepted on both sales & on our joint purchase
     25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
     27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer received 
     05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on purchase. Mortgage offer amended
     08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
    26/02/21: Partner's sale contract signed
    10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
    16/03/21: My sale contract signed
    28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
    11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
    17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
    27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
    28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
    03/06/21: Completion

    I was able to see my total before payment.

    I received my mug today and I'm not very impressed. The photos are printed part way round the mug, hard to describe, but it is not evenly laid out. I must have misunderstood the bakcground colour as I thought that would be the colour of the mug - oops!
    I guess for £1.99 it is fine, but a real rip off at £7.99.

    Agreed. Got mine today. Its OK but not great........ BUT for £1.99 its a really good buy.
    Am i here to save money or spend money......hmmmmm

    Got mine today, and was very pleased with it for £1.99. The quality is great, all my pictures seem to be even, so not sure what happened with other peoples.

    Mine arrived today and I'm pleased with mine - pics are straight/clear and the blue background is nice, hubby will like it:T

    Sorry to hear others aren't as happy, but at least it was a bargain :)
