    LOL, how thick does that make me! Sorry, i must of not read it properly and when i wanted to check i didn't get that page again! Now just need to upload some photos! Thanks Tamalyn and OP! :o

    It says I've had the free mug already. Which I haven't. Then says:
    "However, we're happy to offer you 20% off your next photo mug order. Just use coupon code CQ2010 at the checkout before midnight June 13th 2010".??

    On the home page when you are logged in, at the bottom is says 'your credits' under Your Account. Click on that as the mug might be listed on there HTH

    Can't get it to work. Got the code e-mailed through to me, and it says it will be automatically deducted, but it keeps asking me to pay the full price, even through to the last screen before payment. I've tried entering the code e-mailed to me and it doesn't recognise it. It won't let me use a new account either. Giving up, what a waste of time. :(
    Property buying/selling timeline - currently into week 21
    04/12/20: Both properties listed for sale
    11/01/21: Offers accepted on both sales & on our joint purchase
    25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
    27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer received 
    05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on purchase. Mortgage offer amended
    08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
    26/02/21: Partner's sale contract signed
    10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
    16/03/21: My sale contract signed
    28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
    11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
    17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
    27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
    28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
    03/06/21: Completion

    Is anyone else having problems getting the code accepted? Is there a way around it? Many thanks
  • I can't get onto the part with the code it asks me to enter my postcode and then enter the letters as they appear but there are NO letters:( Tried both opera and internet explora but keep getting the same.
