Hubert, I do appreciate what you are saying and I realise the chances are very slim but it is worrying all the same.I just want to get my password changed now as quickly as I can. Thanks for all your advice it really is appreciated by me, as I am someone who knows very little about these things.0

I have never checked my email other than on my own computer at home
so I think it is as Hubert is saying and has been accessed by a netbot
computer. The email that has been sent out is advertising an electronic website in Hongkong so no real damage has been done ,its just annoying to think someone can do this and send out something in my name as if I am recommending it to them.I have spoken to a couple of people who it went to and they said they could see it was just spam and deleted it and I have emailed others to let them know it was not from me.
I saw the forgotten password link but thought I would get a couple of attempts but then it was locked for 24hrs. Anyway when I log on tomorrow I will go straight to the link.0
